With the release 1.29 of the app, the flashlight was removed, as many users were concerned about the required camera permission. As the recent versions of Android come with a built-in flashlight, this functionality will hopefully not be missed.
On the other hand, this release brings a bubble level allowing to check the horizontality of the compass while taking the measure.
